Today is the first day of my life. Yesterday I bought three bellydancing videos and two were boring and one worked my butt off (at least I hope so)

I think I ate alright yesterday, pork, mushrooms, lots of water. I am still too scared to buy a scale. Everytime I go to the doctor I always end up weighing more then the time before.
For the last two weeks I have cut out soda, even diet. I bought the on the go flavorings for water. The only sodas that I have drank is when we are out. Not bad compared to how I use to drink.
Wish me luck, I want to lose MUCH weight.
