Today is work, but inbetween the work I watch Nascar. Rain delay. But they are on the go and my guy is going up and up. I feel good, took a engery pill. I am doing ok. Washing clothes, folding and ironing. Feeling good today.
Food is not a craving. It is getting hot, trying to drink a lot of water. Since I been drinking only water my body feels great. You should try it.
