I have cut out the soda, the candy, if I want a treat I make popcorn. Its not too bad in calories and it takes a while to eat. I like that part.
Right now I am drinking a mocha low fat milk drink and a lettuce/spinach/ranch/onions salad. It tastes great.
I have tried losing weight in the past and I hated it. But I feel great this time around. As soon as I get back on my thyroid meds and do my bellydancing I know I will drop the weight.
Still won't buy a scale, not yet. I am going to wait until my clothes fit looser.
